How long will you live for?

by theskfeed

When talking about your life expectancy, there can be many factors like genetics, health, finance, and stability. AgingIQ has created a powerful Life Expectancy tool based on AI-based data-driven technology powered by Longevity Market Assets and Lapetus Solutions.

Aging IQ has created MyLifeScore to determine not only how long you’ll “live”, but how long you will “live” in good health. You know your credit score, but do you know your MyLifeScore?

Aging IQ’s main mission is to education adults on how they can plan better for their futures based on the results calculated by MyLifeScore and MyTrueAge

These tools measures not only how old you are but how long your estimated lifespan is,  but what is most important is determining how much of your lifespan will be spent in good health – aka your “health span”

MyLifeScore uses proprietary metrics that combines demographical, biological, and social trends to generate a unique score that determines where you stand in your later years relative to others in your same age group, while also giving you up-to- date tips and strategies for what you can do to improve your MyLifeScore. These may include lifestyle changes, special diets, and financial planning.

MyTrueAge extracts data provided from the photo of the users face alongside few key demographics to generate a score that determines how old you look.

What are some factors that affect your lifespan?
Smoking: In general, people who smoke will have a shorter life expectancy than those who don’t smoke. This calculator uses separate mortality tables for smokers and non-smokers.

Financial Stress: People under high levels of financial stress appear to have aged more over 10 years than people with low levels of financial stress.’

Weight & Height: A person’s life expectancy can be reduced by being overweight. Target weight is determined by height and weight. Exceeding that weight can reduce one’s life expectancy.

Alcohol Consumption: One study found that people drinking more than 25 drinks a week have a shorter life expectancy by four to five years.

Blood Pressure & Family History: High blood pressure, history of cardiovascular problems and diabetes can indicate a shorter life expectancy.

Diet: Americans whose diets include fresh, whole foods like fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, lean meats, and fish have a lower incidence of significant chronic disease and especially diet-related diseases.

Exercise: Being active is one of the best ways to keep your body healthy. Exercise also can improve your overall well-being and quality of life. Regular activity helps the body maintain strength, stamina, and the ability to function correctly.
