What is Synthroid and why is it important for your body?

Synthroid also known  as levothyroxine or L- thyroxine is a thyroid hormone called thyroxine manufactured in a form of a chemical. It is usually used to treat the deficiency problem of thyroid hormone. It is used to prevent the spread or formation of thyroid tumours  in the gland.
