Preparing methods of herbs
There are mainly five types of preparations in Ayurveda, totally known as Pancha Kashaya Kalpa
Sarasota – The juice of the plant, which is the power of all, is extracted by pounding or mincing it in a blender.
Kalka – The herbs are chopped and made into a pulp form in the necessary consistency by adding sufficient water.
Katha – It is equipped by boiling the herbs in water until the trial is reduced to one-fourth of the original amount.
Plant – Hot intake is obtained by absorbing the herbs in hot water for some time.
Hima – The herbs are soaked in cold water overnight for formulating a cold infusion.
The herbs are prepared in other forms as well such as Powders, Pills, and Vati Tablets.
